Company and regulation
What is Investing.one?
Investing.one is a mobile investing app for stocks and ETFs from the US, EU and UK markets, available on iOS and Android. It is operated by Tradeplace Limited, a Cyprus company (registration number HE 434666), founded in 2025.
Is Investing.one regulated?
Yes. Tradeplace Limited is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), licence number 455/25.
How is my money protected?
Client money is held in segregated bank accounts, separate from the Company's own funds, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
As a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), Investing.one is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF). The ICF provides protection to eligible covered clients in the event that the Company is unable, due to its financial circumstances, to fulfil its obligations to repay funds owed to clients or return financial instruments belonging to them and held on their behalf.
Eligible clients may receive compensation amounting to 90% of their cumulative covered claims, subject to a maximum compensation limit of €20,000 per client, in accordance with the applicable ICF rules and conditions.

Who can open an account
Who can open an account?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in one of the 27 EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. Investing.one does not open accounts for residents outside the EU/EEA.
Can I open a corporate account?
Not at the moment – Investing.one offers personal accounts only.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few minutes after you complete your details and upload the requested documents. If anything needs checking, we reply within 24 hours.
In which currencies can I hold my account?
EUR, USD or GBP.

What can I invest in?
More than 2,600 stocks and ETFs from the US, EU and UK markets. Browse them on Stocks and ETFs.
Can I buy fractional shares?
Yes. You can invest in fractions of a share. The minimum buy or sell order is €1.
Which order types are available?
Market, limit and stop orders.
Can I trade outside regular US market hours?
Yes, for 30 selected US stocks. 24/5 trading gives access from Monday to Friday across four sessions, at no additional cost:

Do I receive dividends?
Yes. Dividends are credited to your account on each company's ex-dividend date.
Fees
Does Investing.one charge commission?
No. Buying and selling stocks and ETFs is commission-free.
What other fees are there?
- Currency conversion (FX): 0.3% on each conversion.
- Bank transfers under €100: a €5 fee on deposits and withdrawals by bank transfer under €100. Transfers of €100 and above are free of charge.
- Transfer fees: no fees on deposits and withdrawals until your deposits reach €2,000 in total. A fee of 0.5% applies thereafter.
- Local market fees, per transaction: UK Stamp Duty Reserve Tax 0.5%; Spanish market fee 0.2% (companies above €1 billion market cap); French market fee 0.4% (companies of €1 billion and above).

Deposits and withdrawals
What is the minimum deposit?
10 EUR, USD or GBP, depending on your account currency.
How can I deposit and withdraw money?
Deposit by debit/credit card, Apple Pay / Google Pay or bank transfer. Withdraw to the card you deposited with or to your bank account.
How long do deposits and withdrawals take?
Card deposits are instant. Bank transfers depend on your bank. Withdrawals are processed within one business day and usually arrive within three business days.
Taxes, data and support
Does Investing.one handle my taxes?
No. Taxes are each investor's own responsibility and depend on your tax residence. You can request an annual report of your investing activity for your tax return.
Is my data safe?
Your data is handled in line with the GDPR, and the platform is monitored by a 24/7 Security Operations Center.
