To open an investing.one account, just download the app from Google Play or the App Store and follow the instructions. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and to take a photo of your valid photo-ID, as well as a selfie to verify your identity. We will also prompt you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us tailor our service to your profile.

Opening an account with us is easy. You just have to be at least 18 years old and reside in any of the 27 EU Countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.

Personal Identifiers are your "Tax Identification Number" and "National Identifier" and are unique serial numbers issued by the government. The format varies from one country to another, and it can usually be found on ID or Tax documents. Investing.one collects this data because we are required to hold and report this information to the regulator when you buy or sell certain types of investments.

You can verify your identity with a photo of an EU ID card, EU Driving License or International Passport.

After filling in your personal information and providing us with all requested documents, the verification will take just a few minutes. In case of any inconsistencies or questions, we will provide you with detailed feedback no longer than 24 hours after your request.

A politically exposed person or "PEP" is an individual who holds a prominent public position or function. To consider yourself a PEP, you, a member of your family, or any of your relatives should hold or have held a high-ranking job in a government or some other type of political position.

As soon as your ID, Selfie and Proof of Address are sent and approved, your account will be fully verified. We will notify you via email and through our app when this step is successfully completed.

You can open an account in EUR, USD and GBP.

Currently, you can only have one active account with us.

As part of our due diligence procedures, we are obligated to collect and store some of your personal information. That way, we will be able to verify your identity and ensure that your account meets regulatory requirements. All of your personal data is processed in line with all GDPR requirements and standards.

In order to modify your personal details, such as your phone number, email address or residential address, please get in touch with us and inform us of the reason for the change. The submission of your W8-BEN happens during the registration process on the platform. The form will automatically be filled out once your account is complete and you simply need to review and verify the pre-filled information.
