What can I use as a proof of address?

You can verify the address of your Investing.one account with any of the documents from the list below.

All documents must be:

• Issued within the last 6 months
• Addressed to you or show your full name
• In an official PDF file or paper form*
• Unedited and not have any information covered
• Issued with a date and full address**

* The PDF of the document must be downloaded from an official source and the paper document must be received by post or stamped by the issuing authority.

** Your full address must be on the document, this includes your city, street and zip code (if applicable).

We can accept the following:

• Bank Document

  • Bank Statement - A document showing your transactions for a specific period
  • Statement of Fees
  • Bank Account Certificate - A document confirming your account ownership

• Utility bill

  • Electricity bill
  • Gas bill
  • Heating bill
  • Water bill

• Telecom Bill

  • Cable internet bill
  • Landline phone bill

• Government issued document

  • Government correspondence letter
  • Tax letter/bill (municipal, income, property tax)
  • Address certificate / Permanent address registration
  • National ID card - Must include a relevant address and not have been used for your ID verification
