Find out how to transfer money in and out of your investing account.
You can easily manage your funds in the "Account" section of the app. To add funds, select "Deposit", then choose a preferred payment method and enter the amount. Respectively, to take money out of your account, click on "Withdraw" and select the desired amount. The money can be sent towards an already used payment method. In some cases, you might be asked to provide a supporting document.
You can deposit with a credit/debit card, Google Pay/Apple Pay or bank transfer.
You can withdraw to the credit/debit card you deposited with or to your bank account. Keep in mind that you can only have one pending withdrawal request at a time.
Funds deposited with a credit/debit card will be reflected in your account instantly, while wire transfers may vary depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests will be executed within a business day and it will take up to three business days for your funds to be in your bank account.
The minimum amount you can deposit is 10 EUR/USD/GBP depending on your account's currency.
Investing.one does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. Keep in mind that, you may be charged by the funding provider involved in the transfer (intermediary bank, receiving bank, or your credit card provider).
There may be several reasons why your deposit was not successful.

We can only accept payments from your personal card. All third-party deposits* will be refunded.
* Deposits made with business cards will also be refunded
As a licensed and regulated broker, the safety of your funds is our highest priority. We understand the importance of feeling secure when using our investment app and we meet and exceed all traditional security standards.
If your card has expired, it will automatically be removed from your profile.
In the event of a lost or stolen card, we will need a bank-issued document, confirming the card has been deactivated, to remove it from your account.
You will be able to add a new card by depositing with it.
