As a CySEC regulated broker, we are part of the Investor Compensation Fund and we follow all guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers' funds. Additionally, your money and the company's capital are kept in segregated bank accounts, which prevents any misuse of investors' money for the broker's benefit.

Despite our best efforts, we do understand that our services might not always be perfect. You, of course, have the right to express your dissatisfaction by filing a complaint. To do so, reach out to us, and we will gladly provide you with additional details regarding the procedure.
To close your trading account, send us a written request at support@investing.one. Our team will process the request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Before sending the request, please make sure that:
- You don’t have any open positions or pending orders.
- The remaining balance in the account has been withdrawn and there are no funds left in it.
We will not be able to proceed with the deactivation of the account If any of the above is not fulfilled.
Investment firms are required to keep each client’s data for a specific period of time. As a regulated broker, we keep your account’s information for 5 years.
This obligation takes precedence over the “right to be forgotten” under relevant data protection laws for the specified period. Because of this, we might not be able to delete your personal data linked to your investing.one account straight away.
We can assure you that all information you share with investing.one is protected and kept in accordance with the latest regulatory requirements.
